Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you signify acceptance of and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Services.

Floorpops®/We/Us: Floorpops® Peel and Stick Tiles, the provider of the Site and Services.
Content: All data, text, images, or other information available on the Site or Services.
User Content: Any Content you supply to the Site or Services.
Using the Site and Services
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to access the Site and order Services. Use is void where prohibited. Registration with false details or on behalf of others may result in termination of your account.
Site Access: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Site in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding access to any username, password or other credentials you use to access the Site or Services. You, and not Floorpops®, are responsible for any activity through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
Intellectual Property: The Site design, Content, and Services are property of Floorpops® and our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Marks like Floorpops® and associated logos are our registered or unregistered trademarks. You will not use, copy or display any such property without express written permission.
User Content License: We do not claim ownership of User Content you submit for the Site or Services. However, by sharing User Content, you grant us an unlimited, perpetual, transferable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display the Content solely to provide and improve the Site and Services. This license survives termination of your account or the Services.
Acceptable Use: You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when accessing or using the Site or Services. You will not violate others’ rights, distribute spam or malware, or employ scraping or automation. Failure to comply may result in termination of your account or access.
Unauthorized Access Prohibited: You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or Services through hacking, password mining or other means. Such actions may be viewed as criminal violations under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
Purchasing Products
Order Acceptance: All purchases through thefloorpops.com are subject to acceptance. We may reject any order at our discretion. Once an order is accepted, your electronic receipt constitutes a binding agreement between you and Floorpops® for purchase and delivery of goods.
Availability: We make reasonable efforts to provide current and accurate product availability details on the Site. However, items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. We cannot guarantee availability of any product. If an item sells out before we process your order, we will cancel that portion of your order and notify you.
Pricing: Prices on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices can change at any time. However, quoted prices will be honored if your order is confirmed within your session.
Sales Tax: If you purchase tangible goods, sales tax may apply based on your delivery location. Acceptance of your order will constitute consent to collect applicable taxes.
Shipping and Delivery: We will arrange shipment of tangible goods to the delivery address you provide. See our Shipping Policy for full details on cost, timing, and restrictions. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds: You may return most unused and unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns Policy for procedures and exceptions. For electronic products, refer to the End User License Agreement.
Errors: We strive to provide complete and accurate product details. However, if a material error in product information, pricing, or availability occurs, we reserve the right to provide refunds and corrections.
Electronic Media, Files and Transmissions
Electronic Communications: Visiting the Site or sending emails to Floorpops® constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that Floorpops® may communicate with you electronically regarding your orders, products, services, account, and for promotional purposes.
System Requirements: Accessing the Site requires compatible devices, Internet access, and certain software. While we aim to support major browsers and devices, we are not liable for issues arising from outdated components or improper configuration.
Files: Floorpops® is not responsible for damage from opening files, attachments, or downloads from the Site or Services. Such files should be scanned for malware prior to opening.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Floorpops® SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability: Floorpops® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE, AND SURVIVES TERMINATION.
Indemnity: You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Floorpops® from any claim, costs, losses, damages, judgments, expenses or liability arising out of your breach of these Terms or use of the Site or Services.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and Services. Supersedes prior agreements or communications.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right.
Termination: We may terminate your account and cease providing Services at our discretion without notice, for conduct violating these Terms, or due to extended inactivity, among other reasons. You may delete your account at any time.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law rules. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Florida courts.
Force Majeure: Floorpops® is not liable for any failure of performance due to causes beyond reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, weather, terrorism, riots, acts of civil or military authority, changes in law or regulations, accidents, or network failures.
Assignment: You may not assign any rights under these Terms without express prior consent from Floorpops®. Floorpops® may assign these Terms or delegate duties without restriction. These Terms are binding upon permitted successors and assigns.
Product Policies
Shipping Policy
Floorpops® offers standard ground shipping on all orders at the rates below:
- Contiguous U.S. – $8.95
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories – $12.95
- APO/FPO Addresses – $12.95
Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on items, quantity, and destination.
Orders generally ship within 1 business day. Transit times, exact shipping cost, and delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on your order details. Weekend/holiday delivery may not be available for some areas.
We only ship tangible goods within the United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes or outside the U.S. Certain products may contain shipping restrictions or hazards preventing air transit. Hazardous goods orders will only ship ground transit.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Check packages promptly and notify us of any damage. We cannot guarantee delivery due to events outside our control, such as weather or mail service disruptions.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of most new, unopened products in their original packaging up to 30 days from delivery. Items must be in resalable condition.
To start a return, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly label the package with the RMA and ship items back to our returns center address you will be emailed.
Once received and inspected, we will process eligible refunds back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Custom, hygiene, hazardous, or made-to-order products cannot be returned. Perishable items, electronics, and items missing original packaging are eligible for refund only if defective or damaged.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return items to us. Expedited shipping for exchanges is available if you prefer faster transit. If an error occurs in fulfillment, Floorpops® will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Product Warranties
Floorpops® warrants that products sold on our Site will be free of material defects in materials and manufacturing at time of purchase for the warranty period specified for the product. Warranty durations range from 90 days to limited lifetime warranties.
Proof of purchase from Floorpops® is required to make a warranty claim. Images or description of defect will also be requested. If a covered defect arises during the warranty term, Floorpops® will replace or repair the item at our discretion. The replacement product will continue the original warranty duration.
Warranties do not cover normal wear-and-tear, deliberate damage, negligence, accidents, or modification of the product from its intended purpose. Warranties only apply for use of products as directed.
Electronic Media End User License Agreement (EULA)
In addition to these Terms, access or use of any software, mobile applications, data files, downloads, or other electronic media provided by Floorpops® is governed by the terms of an End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
An EULA will accompany electronic media and outline permitted uses, copies, distribution rights, and ownership rights between you and Floorpops® as licensor. Ownership of the software code or other intellectual property remains exclusively with Floorpops® and our licensors.
Violation of the EULA, such as prohibited distribution of materials or exceeding scope of the license grant, may result in termination of the license and subject you to legal liability. Use of electronic media provided by Floorpops® constitutes your binding acceptance of the accompanying EULA. Please review EULAs carefully before use.
